Wine making: Direct pressing, cold alcoholic fermentation, vinification and maturation in stainless steel tank and concrete vats, aged for several weeks on fine lees.

Grape vaieties: Grenache Noir 55%, Syrah 25%, Cinsault 15%, White varieties 5% a touch of Rolle

Tasting note: Pale and luminous hue, with rose-water reflections and subtle hints of peach and melon. The nose is airy and precise, opening with delicate linden and jasmine blossoms, then revealing notes of vineyard peach and freshly cut watermelon. The palate stands out with a vibrant, tonic attack, supported by a mineral backbone that brings length and tension. Citrus and tangy red berries energize the texture and balance the natural fruit generosity. The finish is long, saline and refreshing. Perfect with a sea bass carpaccio dressed with olive oil and grapefruit, roast chicken with preserved lemon and fresh herbs, burrata with white peach and Timut pepper, or a light tartlet topped with seasonal red berries.
