The Estate

At the Gutrins, everyone has their own specialty The family atmosphere reigns over the Domaine de la Choupette.

Jean-Christophe loves working the vines. His brother Philippe knows everything about winemaking. Perrine, meanwhile, maintains contact with the clientele. The two operators are supported by a team of salespeople and vineyard workers.

The demand for quality since 1992 Created in 1992, the Domaine de la Choupette extends over 13 hectares, in Santenay and the municipalities of Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. This is the 3rd generation of winegrowers at the head of the estate.

Aging in oak barrels (50% new barrels, 50% barrels from 1 to 3 years old) Aging on fine lees for 10 months.

TASTING

Eye : golden color

Nose : bouquet with a mixture of flowers and citrus fruits, supported by notes of hazelnuts and toast.

Palate : Round, opulent and elegant wine with great structure; just keeps on giving. Citrus notes

This certainly is one of those most delicious wines tasted!
